Not only did the staff go above and beyond by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly, but they also offered ironing facilities that were a lifesaver for my wrinkled clothes. The room's air conditioning was a blessing after a long day of exploring, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room added a homely touch, perfect for unwinding on the terrace with garden furniture provided. It was a delightful experience to have such attention to detail in a hotel, surpassing my expectations in every aspect.
